Through face to face and community engagement FDRC programs are designed to develop spiritual rebirth, promote cultural awareness, and promote positive African-American images.
Project Lifeline

Through a group-therapy approach, participant learn new ways to solving life’s challenges and problems. Targeting African-American males, 18 and older, FDRC encourages strong stable family relationships, civic values, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills and parental responsibility.
The Jobs-Not-Guns initiative
Is a regions wide effort to increase employment opportunities for African American males. In addition, FDRC is leading an effort in the legislature to create a National Public Works Jobs Bill.
Father’s On A Mission
FOAM is an initiative to provide counseling and support fathers and men who have lost their loved ones to acts of violence
